We are pleased to confirm that FDS Contracting has supported another client in securing Gateway 2 approval – this time for Sutton Garden Square Phase 3, delivered by Berkeley Group Plc.
Our team provided a fully coordinated smoke ventilation and fire safety system design, aligned with Building Safety Regulator requirements, to help support a compliant and buildable solution from concept through to installation.
Another important milestone for the project, and a great example of early coordination helping to support confidence through the Gateway 2 process.
