We are delighted to officially announce the appointment of Dan Foster as the new Managing Director of FDS Group. Dan steps into the role following the retirement of Nick Waterfield, who has led the business with distinction since 2010.

Since January, Dan and Nick have worked closely together in a joint leadership transition, ensuring a smooth and strategic handover. With Nick now stepping away from the business, we’re excited to share this news with our clients, partners, and wider network as we look toward the future with confidence and momentum.

Dan brings with him a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted understanding of FDS Group. Over the past 16 years, he has held several key positions across the organisation, most recently serving as Sales Director for the last six years. His proven leadership, commitment to excellence, and insight into our clients’ evolving needs make him exceptionally well-placed to guide the company into its next chapter of growth and innovation.
